Test Drive Terms and Conditions
Eligibility
The Test Drive is available only to individuals who:
- Are at least 18 years old;
- Hold a valid motorcycle driving license issued by a competent authority;
- Are legally permitted to operate a motorcycle in the UAE.
Sharmax Motors reserves the right to verify the validity of the driving license prior to the Test Drive.
Purpose and Duration
The Test Drive is provided solely for the purpose of evaluating the motorcycle prior to a potential purchase.
The duration and route of the Test Drive are determined by Sharmax Motors and may be limited at its discretion.
Safety Requirements
The Test Driver is responsible for:
- Wearing appropriate safety gear (including a helmet);
- Complying with all applicable traffic laws and regulations;
- Operating the motorcycle in a safe and responsible manner.
Sharmax Motors may refuse or terminate a Test Drive if safety requirements are not met.
Risk Acknowledgment
The Test Driver acknowledges that operating a motorcycle involves inherent risks. By participating in the Test Drive, the Test Driver accepts responsibility for their actions during the ride.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion is not permitted under applicable UAE law.
Damage and Liability
The Test Driver is responsible for any damage caused to the motorcycle during the Test Drive as a result of negligence, misuse, or violation of traffic laws.
Liability shall be determined in accordance with applicable UAE laws and insurance conditions.
Insurance
Where applicable, the motorcycle may be covered by insurance. The extent of coverage, deductibles, and exclusions are subject to the terms of the relevant insurance policy.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
