The manufacturer SHARMAX MOTORS warrants its produced motorcycles and scooters and other types of vehicles (hereinafter called 'Vehicles') or other goods assembled/manufactured in its Plants and sold through its authorized dealers (SHARMAX MOTORCYCLES TRADING L.L.C), to be free from any defect - both in material and workmanship, under normal use and conditions, subject to the following terms & conditions.

The warranty is subject to the condition that the customer follows the prescribed service schedule as outlined in the user manual and service booklet. Failure to comply with the recommended maintenance intervals or neglecting scheduled service appointments may result in the termination of the warranty. To maintain warranty eligibility, all service and maintenance must be carried out at an authorized service center and properly documented. Any missed, delayed, or unrecorded service will render the warranty null and void.
