Sharmax expands its electric golf cart range with CityWalk 4 Pro and CityWalk 6 Pro

Sharmax Motors is expanding its electric golf cart range with two new models: the CityWalk 4 Pro and CityWalk 6 Pro, now available for pre-order. Both feature enclosed cabins and added comfort for passenger trips in a range of weather conditions.

With these additions, Sharmax is rethinking the role of traditional golf carts. The new models offer more versatile electric passenger transport for a wider range of user scenarios that can be applied to both private and commercial sites.

Greater comfort for everyday passenger transport

The CityWalk 4 Pro and CityWalk 6 Pro are the first golf carts in the Sharmax lineup with fully enclosed cabins, air conditioning and heating. This practical design offers:

  • Year-round comfort: Enclosed cabins protect passengers from rain and wind, while air conditioning and heating help maintain a comfortable temperature through the seasons.
  • Room for groups: Four- and six-seat layouts make it easy to move guests around resorts, residents through private communities and staff between buildings.
  • More equipment included: Multimedia adds entertainment during the ride, individual seat belts help keep passengers secure, and storage areas keep bags and personal items within reach.
  • Quiet electric travel: Low motor noise and no exhaust emissions during use suit areas where people stay, work and relax.

Transportation across larger sites

The new models serve a range of local transport needs far beyond the golf course:

  • Hotels and resorts: transferring guests between reception, accommodation and leisure facilities.
  • Residential communities and private estates: connecting entrances, homes and shared amenities.
  • Parks and tourist attractions: carrying visitors between facilities spread across the grounds.
  • Industrial sites: moving staff and guests between buildings.
  • Exhibition, sports and business complexes: providing transport between venues, entrances and parking areas.

These use scenarios show how golf carts can serve as a practical form of passenger transport across large sites, while remaining fully electric, quiet and easy to operate.

CityWalk 4 Pro: comfort for smaller groups

The CityWalk 4 Pro is a four-seat electric golf cart suited to smaller groups and individual transfers. The model features:

  • Comfort through the seasons: Air conditioning and heating help keep the cabin comfortable in hot and cooler weather. The enclosed design protects passengers from rain and wind.
  • Power to handle hills: A 3 kW motor provides a top speed of 45 km/h and handles gradients of up to 25%, supporting travel across sites with hills.
  • Long range and easy charging: A 60V 150Ah lithium battery offers a stated range of up to 100 km per charge. The built-in charger connects to a standard mains supply.
  • A smoother ride with responsive braking: Independent McPherson front suspension helps smooth the ride over uneven surfaces. Hydraulic disc brakes are fitted to all four wheels.
  • Passenger comfort and practical storage: Seats with faux-leather upholstery, individual seat belts and a multimedia system come as standard. Automotive-style glazing includes a laminated windscreen and tempered side and rear windows. Door pockets and a rear luggage compartment provide space for bags and personal belongings.

CityWalk 6 Pro: more seats for group transfers

The CityWalk 6 Pro is a six-seater model with more capacities built on the same platform as 4 Pro. It offers:

  • Space for six people: Three rows seat up to six adults, including the driver. Contoured seats with faux-leather upholstery provide legroom and headroom throughout the cabin.
  • Shelter from changing weather: A fully enclosed cabin keeps out rain and wind. Heating and air conditioning let passengers travel comfortably as outdoor temperatures change.
  • Extra power for group transport: The 5 kW motor handles the demands of the larger model, with a top speed of 45 km/h and a stated climbing capability of up to a 25% gradient.
  • More trips between charges: A 60V 150Ah lithium battery delivers a stated range of up to 100 km. The built-in charger uses a standard mains connection, making it easy to recharge on site.
  • Stable handling across larger sites: A 2,965 mm wheelbase supports the extended cabin. Independent McPherson front suspension and rear shock absorption help soften bumps, while hydraulic disc brakes on all four wheels provide responsive braking.

The CityWalk 6 Pro is designed for sites that need to transport larger groups at once, such as hotel complexes, resorts and tourist attractions. It also suits passenger trips across large residential communities, company premises and extensive private grounds.

Premium features, all included

Both models come with the following equipment fitted at the factory and included as standard:

  • Air conditioning and heating: Cabin temperature control for hot and cooler weather.
  • Audio and multimedia: A Sanhe 203 system with USB and SD support, a digital clock and stereo speakers.
  • Automotive-style glazing: A panoramic laminated windscreen and tempered rear glass.
  • LED lighting: Headlights, daytime running lights, turn indicators and brake lights.
  • Seating and seat belts: Contoured seats with individual seat belts for the driver and passengers.
  • Storage: Door compartments and additional space for bags and personal belongings.

This equipment prepares both models for everyday passenger transfers from delivery.
