If the payment was made via card, additional charges may apply based on the fees incurred by our merchants.

If a refund is issued due to an error on our part, no cancellation charges will be applied

Details regarding any applicable charges and refund conditions are included on your invoice.

If the ordered item does not arrive within 90 days from the date of order placement, the full fee paid is refundable.

• Collection of products is subject to model availability and the assembly queue.
• Customers will be notified once their items are ready for assembly.

• Vehicles and equipment
  After receiving a collection notification, customers have 20 days to collect their purchased vehicle or equipment.
• Spare parts
  After receiving a collection notification, customers have 3 days to collect their ordered spare parts.

If items are not collected within the specified time, a storage fee of 100 AED per day will apply.

If a customer wishes to cancel their order, cancellation charges will apply as follows:

• Within 30 days from the booking date: 30% deduction from the fixed minimum deposit amount.
• After 30 days: 50% deduction from the deposit.
• After 45 days: 100% deposit amount will be forfeited.
