  • The Sharmax Service Center operates in accordance with factory technical standards and safety regulations.
  • All diagnostic and repair procedures are performed by certified technicians using approved tools and systems.
  • All service entries are documented in our service management system system, and job cards are used to track the entire service process.
Diagnostics and Repair Rules
  • All units undergo preliminary diagnostics to identify issues before any work begins.
  • Diagnostic tools are used according to manufacturer specifications and are regularly calibrated.
  • Repair decisions are made based on diagnostic reports, visual inspection, and manufacturer guidelines.
  • No unauthorized modifications or parts substitutions are allowed during warranty service.
  • All parts used must be genuine Sharmax parts unless otherwise approved for non-warranty repairs.
Workshop Rules
  • Only authorized personnel are allowed inside the repair zones.
  • Each motorcycle is inspected before service begins and photographed to document its condition.
  • Cleanliness, safety, and order must be maintained at all times in the work area.
  • Time tracking is mandatory for each repair job; technicians must report work progress in Odoo.
  • Diagnostic results and recommended repairs must be approved by the Service Advisor before proceeding.
