The Sharmax Service Center provides a full range of technical services for motorcycles and motor vehicles. These services are divided into categories to ensure structured support for both warranty and non-warranty customers.

These services are performed at regular mileage or time intervals based on the manufacturer’s recommendations.

The goal is to maintain optimal vehicle performance and safety.

Included Services:

• Engine oil and filter replacement
• Brake fluid inspection and replacement
• Air filter cleaning or replacement
• Chain or belt tension adjustment and lubrication
• Spark plug check or replacement
• Tire pressure and wear inspection
• Battery inspection and terminal cleaning
• Inspection of lights, signals, horn, and electrical systems
• Coolant level and radiator check
• Suspension inspection
• Nut and bolt torque tightening

Modern diagnostics are performed using tools compatible with Sharmax motorcycles and include both mechanical and electronic systems.

Included Diagnostic Services:

• ECU reading and error code interpretation
• Battery and charging system analysis
• Fuel system and injector inspection
• Engine compression and leak tests
• Noise/vibration origin diagnosis
• Electrical circuit testing
• Sensor and switch functionality testing

All diagnostic outcomes are logged in the Odoo system and used to recommend further repairs or adjustments.

The Service Center performs a wide range of mechanical and electrical repairs, divided into major and minor categories.

Minor Repairs:

Examples:

• Clutch cable replacement
• Brake pad replacement
• Indicator or light bulb replacement
• Fuse changes
• Throttle/cable adjustments

Major Repairs:

Examples:

• Engine overhaul or top-end rebuild
• Transmission service
• Electrical rewiring or ECU replacement
• Carburetor tuning or injector cleaning
• Frame and structural component service

Technicians install and replace parts approved by the Parts Department or as per manufacturer bulletins. This includes:

• OEM parts installation
• Recall or technical bulletin part replacements
• Accessories installation (if requested)
• Safety-related component replacement (e.g., brake lines, tires, control arms)

Before any motorcycle is delivered to a customer, it undergoes a factory-standard pre-delivery inspection.

Included in PDI:

• Full mechanical check
• Electrical system test
• Test ride for noise, alignment, and brakes
• Fluids top-up
• Safety and lighting system verification
• Cosmetic condition review (seat, stickers, paint)

Authorized under Sharmax warranty conditions.

Performed at no cost to the customer if the issue falls within warranty terms.

 Typical Warranty Work Includes:

• Part failures not caused by misuse
• Manufacturing defects
• Software or ECU updates
• Factory recalls

All warranty work must be approved by the Warranty Specialist and documented fully.

For vehicles outside the warranty period or with damage not covered by warranty. Customers receive a quote before work begins.

• Aesthetic upgrades or repainting
• Unauthorized modification correction
• Expired warranty repairs

Offered based on customer needs and service capacity.
