Service Center Policy

To deliver high-quality, transparent, and timely maintenance and repair services that ensure the performance and reliability of all Sharmax vehicles.
Only authorized service centers may perform warranty repairs using genuine parts.
All services must be logged in one service management system, with photos and time tracking for each job.
Service Advisors must explain the scope of work, costs, and expected timelines before any repair.
All completed jobs must pass a final inspection by a Senior Technician or QC Supervisor.
Only OEM parts approved by Sharmax are allowed for warranty repairs.
Technicians must follow all safety protocols and use PPE.
All complaints must be logged and forwarded to the Complaint Manager. Service Advisors cooperate fully in resolving any issues.
Customers will receive service feedback surveys after each visit. Feedback is reviewed monthly for service improvement.
